Yvon is a little girl belonging to the Bantu ethnic group (Mugwere) from Nangaiza in Kibuku district and Christian faith. She lives with her Aunt and three cousin Brothers. She is studding from a nearby primary school. Her parents are peasant farmers who can not facilitate her with scholastic materials thus the annual income of the family is small to meet their basic needs the reason she went to stay with the aunt who is also not able to facilitate the whole family needs.

She is a jolly girl who has vision and she is promising. Irish potatoes and rice are her best foods and she is a christian who likes a gospel song (Jesus is My Friend)
